Racing: 34th Annual America’s Cup World Series

On a very crisp February 2010 morning, ice is building on the deck due to wind chill as we cruise to the racecourse. We were there in the first row on board our racing power cat Water-Wizards, doing exactly what she was conceived to do: hired to chase and shadow the 33rd America’s Cup between the Defender, Ernesto Bertarelli’s Alinghi team and the Challenger, Larry Ellisson’s BMW Oracle team. Much press, much speculation, much excitement after a lengthy lull around legal proceedings… and then… it was over.
