Peanut Butter Cookies – Sweet Treats


Baking on a boat isn’t quite the same as in a house. You may not have an electric mixer, your oven might have a hot spot due to its small size, or you might not even have an oven.

Fear not! With a few quick tips and some boat-friendly recipes, you can have delicious sweets to nibble. And it’s oh-so-worth it to have something yummy on board.

No electric mixer? Recipes, like this one, that use oil instead of shortening are much easier to mix by hand, with the added bonus of oil not requiring . . .
