From the trailer to sailing in an hour
Our first response to the recession was a decision to build a new production trimaran based on a new folding system. Our first sailing multihull design was a Qudacat 28 back in the 90’s and it was a very innovative four-hulled vessel in her day, employing telescopic folding. After 10 years, we return with our new trimaran, the TNT 34.
Small, but potent
The main assumption of our design is to make deploying the amas more practical. As with any folding method there will always be tradeoffs to performance but TNT 34’s pivoting telescopic system promises to deliver the best compromise. In fact, after thousands of folding trimarans have been built this pivot-telescopic system is the first method to employ two motions in one.
