Quick, easy and elegant breakfast dishes that are music to the ears of someone having to cook for guests with a limited galley.

I have had a good response with these items I have made at some very nice inns around New England. The great thing about all of these recipes is the utilization of extra food in your cooler, including bread and vegetables from last night’s dinner. You are limited only by your imagination, and are able to make these ahead of time and either simply cook it in the morning, or just reheat it.
