After crossing the Atlantic on our 40-foot catamaran Voyager, David and I decided to spend the summer exploring the Atlantic Intracoastal Waterway, or ICW – the stunning system of rivers, lagoons, lakes and ocean inlets which meanders for twelve hundred miles up America’s east coast through marshes, towns and cedar forests from Florida to Virginia.
