The saying reigns true for the most part, but I must ask if the “smarts” come from experience or education?

I recently enrolled myself in school, returning to the classroom after being out for over 20 years. After so many years, the thought of going back to school was a little intimidating but now that I have made the enrollment steps and have now attended my first classes, I must admit that it’s not all that daunting. I made the decision to take classes that I was interested in, instead of initially filling my schedule with all the standard prerequisite classes. I
am meeting other people in my profession and others that share some of the interests and passions that I have. I am definitely not the youngest in my classes, but I’m also not the oldest. Going into all of this, I thought that I would be the old man on the block. Overall, I am realizing that there is something to the idea that it’s never too late to chase your dreams.
